Winter Solstice

We’re now one day to the winter solstice (the darkest day of the year) and four days to Christmas Eve. I’m trying not to rush it along, to appreciate the dark, the quiet (that would be the OUTSIDE quiet as inside I have two noisy kids and two marauding cats). So I’m going to throw on a cozy sweatshirt, pour some coffee, get some writing in on TDQ, and quietly disappear from here until New Year’s. ❄️☕️📖

I know the holidays can be A LOT, so I hope you find joy and laughter where you can and get a chance to read an excellent book (or just add more to your bedside stack, that's fine too).
